Job description

Com-Al Windows, based in Perth, Western Australia is a highly successful market leader in the field of commercial aluminium windows and multi-storey facades.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Facade Window Design AutoCAD Draftsperson in Perth. The candidate will be responsible for shop drawings, material take-offs, manufacturing set-outs and liaising with the staff and clients in Perth Western Australia.

Due to Com-Al’s Australian Trusted Trader Status we can organise a four (4) year 482 work visa with a pathway to
Permanent Residency (PR), if required.
Senior Role – Façade Window Design Draftsperson

5-10 years’ experience on Autocad
ability to draw complex Façade arrangements and discuss
design proposals with staff and clients in Perth
excellent English skills-spoken and written
demonstrated ability to prepare shop drawings for all window
types, bifolds, stackers, awnings, doors,
sliders, curtainwall, roof lites, canopies, spider fitting walls
experience in extrusion and die design would be an advantage
accurate, highly organised, excellent work ethic, leadership
skills and ability to do overtime
shop drawing and Architectural drawing document control
computer literacy in Excel, Word and email protocol such as
Aconex
experience in Logikal or V6
experience in European systems would be an advantage
(Reynaers, Schuco, Technal, etc)

Salary Range $60,000 to $80,000
