This amazing luxury apartment project is entering its final stages. Com-AL Windows is providing a bespoke high-performance laminated Low E glass and high performing Capral 900 series sliding door product into one of the biggest residential apartment projects in Western Australia.

We are very proud of the team at Com-Al Windows Pty Ltd, who all work together to achieve on-time deliveries and on-budget results for Multiplex and for Blackburne. Our whole team has performed exceptionally well on this technically challenging project all the way from our drafting to procurement to production to site installation and to our project managers. ONE Subiaco is built on the site of the old Pavilion Markets, Blackburne, and Hames Sharley’s vision was to create something extraordinary for this amazing location. One Subiaco is the result of years of careful planning and design work to create a vibrant ground floor that energizes the heart of Subiaco.

According to reiwa.com.au, Subiaco has had a growth rate of 1.4% YTD QTR with the current median unit price at $550,000 and median house price at $1,405,000.

ONE Subiaco is now over 90% sold, demonstrating the excellence of this project in meeting the needs of local buyers. Completion is due in the Spring of 2022.
