Belmont Hub

Com-Al Windows was instrumental in the construction of the unique architectural style façade system with curved and angled buildings of the Belmont Hub.

The Hub features a thermally insulated curved facade curtain wall which was achieved using Reynaers Aluminium ConceptWall 60-SC system and installed by our experienced glaziers.  This system incorporates a slim aluminium profile that was strategically placed to support the 17.52mm Low E toughened laminated glass panels.

Com-Al Windows provided all the external glazing elements including the skylight, vertical feature sunshades and canopy sunshades.  Internally, the scope included the manufacture and installation of the automatic door entries, internal office partition frames and glazing, frameless spider fitting glazing to the internal library and glazing of the spectacular glass lift within the Atrium which points to the skylight above that is supported by a 20-tonne structural steel frame
