This amazing luxury apartment project is entering its final stages. Com-AL Windows is providing a bespoke high-performance laminated Low E glass and high performing Capral 900 series sliding door product into one of the biggest residential apartment projects in Western Australia.

We are very proud of the team at Com-Al Windows Pty Ltd, who all work together to achieve on-time deliveries and on-budget results for Multiplex and for Blackburne. Our whole team has performed exceptionally well on this technically challenging project all the way from our drafting to procurement to production to site installation and to our project managers. ONE Subiaco is built on the site of the old Pavilion Markets, Blackburne, and Hames Sharley’s vision was to create something extraordinary for this amazing location.
