This impressive development on the Swan River, adjacent to the City was completed Surrounded by parks and the iconic Swan River, Com-Al Windows has designed, manufactured, and installed this project using a 150mm Flushline system with Energy Advantage Blue 6mm toughened glass, including a spider fitting wall and Bi-Fold doors. It has impressive expanses of glass overlooking the Swan River and Henderson Island, a perfect place to explore, ride your bike or moor your boat. A 20-year powder coating warranty was provided on this project as it is right next to a marine environment and is subject to harsh conditions.

This is another example of how Com-Al Windows has delivered a new entertainment outcome for the City of Perth.
